Scope of use
Kits are for managed campsite camping in mild spring, summer and autumn weather.
They are not for mountaineering, winter camping, high altitude, storms or unsupported wilderness use.
Customer responsibility
Customers must check weather, campsite rules, local laws, transport and safe equipment use before travelling.
EasyCamps can suggest beginner trip ideas. Customers must still verify campsite availability, route conditions and local rules.
Deposit
The refundable deposit may be used for missing items, serious damage, burns, heavy dirt or late return.
Normal light dirt and wet returns can happen. Please tell us if items are wet or damaged.
Return condition
Customers should remove trash, shake out the tent, wash cookware and return all kit items in the agreed boxes or bags.
Final cleaning and inspection is handled by EasyCamps.
