2. We confirm availability by email or WhatsApp
This is not instant booking. We check availability and reply with the next steps.
3. Pay rental plus refundable deposit
Once confirmed, you pay the rental fee and refundable deposit.
4. Pick up in Zürich or request Zürich Airport handover
Standard pickup is in Zürich. Zürich Airport handover may be possible if timing works.
5. Return the kit after your trip
Bring back the full kit at the agreed time. Remove trash, shake out the tent and wash cookware.
6. We inspect the kit and refund the deposit
EasyCamps handles final cleaning and inspection. The deposit is refunded after the kit is checked.
