Is this suitable for first-time campers? +
Yes. EasyCamps is designed for managed campsites in mild weather. The kit includes setup notes and a packing checklist.
Can tourists pick up at Zürich Airport? +
Sometimes. Airport handover depends on timing. Please request it in the form.
Is this for wild camping? +
No. The kits are for managed campsites only. Please check local rules before travelling.
Is gas included? +
Gas policy will be confirmed before launch. You may need to buy gas separately.
What if the tent comes back wet? +
Wet returns can happen. Please tell us, keep the tent separate if possible and return it promptly.
Do I need to clean everything? +
Please remove trash, shake out the tent and wash cookware. EasyCamps handles final cleaning and inspection.
What if something breaks or gets lost? +
Tell us during return. The deposit may be used for missing items, serious damage, burns or heavy dirt.
Is this suitable for alpine/winter/storm camping? +
No. The kits are not for mountaineering, winter camping, high altitude, storms or wilderness use.
Can I take the kit by train? +
Yes, but camping gear is still bulky. The Basic Kit is the better option for train travel.
Can I use it for the Dolomites? +
Yes, for managed campsites with careful planning, especially by car. Not for bivouacs or expedition use.
